Police in Northern Ireland say a haul of explosive devices found in Belfast last week is linked to far-right terrorism.
Officers found 17 improvised explosive devices, two detonators and five stun guns in the Shankill Road area on October 30 and 31. “The investigation is linked to extreme rightwing terrorism. There is nothing further at this time,” the Police Service of Northern Ireland said, according to the Guardian.
The Belfast Telegraph described it as the largest far-right-linked haul found in Northern Ireland.
Wesley Thomas Fletcher, 35, of Leopold Street, has been charged and remanded in custody. He is due back in court on November 30.
